Return and Exchange Policy
At the Saudi ice cream factory company, we are committed that the product reaches our customer according to our high-quality standards.
All employees at the Saudi ice cream factory are pleased to help you and manage all your requests related to the exchange of products.
We would like to draw your attention that according to the company"s policy and due to the nature and sensitivity of our product, we do not return products at all, and we replace products in case of:
1- An error occurred by the work team in delivering a product different from the product in the invoice.
In this case, contact our delivery service by e-mail with the invoice attached and you will be contacted as soon as possible and set an appointment to receive the new order within a period not exceeding 24 hours.
2 - Complaints about the product should be received within 24 hours of receiving the order and cannot be received after the mentioned period due to the sensitivity of the product.
- In case of cancellation of the order, the refund will need from 5 to 15 days to be processed, considering that the cancellation of the order is only within two hours of its confirmation
3- Order, delivery and discounts on the website are only for homes, and if it turns out otherwise, the basic price will be deducted.
